Commercial Cleaner – Bank Facility (Evenings)

Location: Worcester bank branch

Schedule: Evening shifts (after business hours)

Pay: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience

Training: Paid training provided

Position Overview

Mass Commercial Cleaning is hiring dependable,

detail-oriented cleaners to service bank facilities. This role focuses on

maintaining a clean, secure, and professional environment in a financial

institution, where attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism are

critical.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize teller areas, offices, conference rooms, and lobbies
• Clean restrooms and restock paper products and soap
• Vacuum carpets and spot clean floors
• Damp mop hard floors as required
• Empty trash and recycling discreetly
• Clean glass doors, interior windows, and entry areas
• Follow strict security and confidentiality standards
• Lock up and secure the facility when required

Security & Professional Standards   

• Follow all bank security protocols at all times
• Maintain confidentiality of client information
• No access to cash, vaults, or secured documents
• Professional appearance and conduct required

Qualifications  

• Reliable and punctual attendance
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision  
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work   
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
• Background check required (bank standard)
• Cleaning experience preferred, but not required
• Training provided
