Position: Lead Technician - Commercial Refrigeration Install
As a Lead Technician, you’ll be responsible for installing new and replacement commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems—including walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines, rack systems, and rooftop HVAC units. You’ll ensure every job meets our high standards and delivers a superior customer experience.

Hours are 7:30am-5:30pm M-F (Weekends Overtime and evenings os needed)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in all aspects of refrigeration and HVAC install work
- Serve in Service and Preventative Maintenance divisions as required
- Unload and move install equipment to job site
- Install, charge, startup new refrigeration systems as directed
- Remove debris and old systems and clean the job site
- Maintain electronic records for all work performed
- Perform training as required to improve knowledge and leadership ability
Primary Job Function:
- Install walk-in boxes to include building box using provided box panels; ensuring compartments are square and level, setting condensing units and evaporators, running refrigeration lines, charging and starting up systems.
- Install ice-machines to include setting, basic plumbing, refrigeration runs to remote systems as necessary, startup and run.
- Install reach-in refrigeration systems.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or completion from trade program or technical school.
- Basic knowledge of Refrigeration, HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing principles
- 7-10 years of experience in refrigeration & HVAC
- Ability to lift 60 lbs
- Ability to organize tasks
- Ability to use good judgment
- Ability to follow instructions and guidance, as needed
- Ability to ensure safe work practices
- Ability to understand and follow all company policies and procedures and all applicable State and Federal laws
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Track record of punctuality and dependability
- Ability to use computer tools and tablets including E-Mail, Word
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with ServiceTitan or comparable software tool
- Own all tools required for commercial refrigeration work
- Kitchen Equipment install experience preferred
- Welding experience is a plus
