Administrative Support Specialist: Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Administrative Support Specialist who plays a key role in creating a welcoming environment, making customers and staff feel valued, and supporting smooth office operations.
They will need to handle a variety of tasks, such as answering and routing phone calls, sending emails, filing, mailing marketing material, assisting in inventory management, ensuring documents are correctly filed, and typing reports. Light laundry services are required (loading and unloading the washer and dryer, and quick folding of towels)
A good job candidate must be professional and friendly, especially when dealing with clients and staff. Excellent service is a must for great customer experiences: willingness to work part-time (20-30 hours).
Core Responsibilities of the Administrative Support Specialist:
- Welcoming and greeting clients
- Answering and forwarding phone calls
- Provide support for customer and vendor accounts
- Customer and vendor account support
- Organizing and distributing mail
- Light Laundry Services
- Maintain and manage supplies for work crews
- Assist with inventory management
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Assist with applicant screening and onboarding
- Complete any additional tasks to ensure smooth office operations
