Construction Crew Member / Concrete Finisher

Gardner Construction is hiring Construction Crew Members, with a strong preference for experienced Concrete Finishers, to join our growing team. We specialize in concrete installation and foundation repair throughout the Twin Cities and are known for quality workmanship and taking care of our crew.
If you’re reliable, physically strong, and take pride in clean concrete work, this is a long-term opportunity with room to grow.
Responsibilities
- Mix, pour, place, and finish concrete (trowel, edge, broom, etc.)
- Assist with site preparation, forming, and teardown
- Maintain tools, equipment, and clean job sites
- Follow all safety procedures
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Occasional weekend work
Qualifications
- Concrete finishing experience strongly preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Willingness to learn and improve skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Pay & Benefits
- $28–$35+ per hour, based on experience
