We are looking for an enthusiastic Bakery Delivery Driver to join our team. In this part-time position, you will play a vital role in delivering fresh breads, rolls and treats, to our happy customers. Key Responsibilities
- Operate a standard van or box truck to deliver fresh bread products to wholesale and company accounts
- Follow all safe driving policies and traffic laws to ensure timely deliveries
- Load, secure, unload, and deliver products according to customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of any product discrepancies
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and well-presented at all times
- Work collaboratively with co-workers, supervisors, and customers
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
- Minimum 2 years of driving experience
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Experience with city as well as back road driving
- Comfortable with seasonal driving in challenging weather conditions and high traffic volume in the summer months
- Friendly attitude with strong communication skills
