Position Overview: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. In this role, you will partner with the Sales and Tailoring staff to assist customers with a variety of transactions through a seamless and friendly experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and inquire about their needs and preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service and operate the point of sale.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
- Participate in store-related projects, such as promotional events and seasonal displays.
- Conduct merchandise stock counts and assist with inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Contributes to an engaged and inclusive store environment where opinions and contributions are recognized and valued
- The hours and schedule for this position will vary by week depending on business needs
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in men’s or boy’s clothing.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to store projects.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Enthusiasm for learning and staying updated on the latest fashion trends and merchandise.
Pay range
- Target: $17 to $20 per hour
