Warehouse Associate (Order Puller & Packer)

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play an important role in ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped while helping maintain an organized and efficient warehouse operation.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and fulfill small to large-scale orders from warehouse shelves using pick lists and bin locations.
- Inspect items for quality, scan products as needed, and securely pack orders for shipment.
- Load and unload freight shipments and assist with organizing inventory.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts, pallet jacks, tape guns, and staplers.
- Assist with receiving incoming inventory and stocking warehouse shelves.
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and team-oriented work environment.
- Follow company safety procedures and warehouse best practices.
- Perform additional warehouse duties and support tasks as assigned.
- Volkswagen knowledge is not required but is certainly a plus.
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience, including picking and packing, preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to consistently lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday.
- Forklift experience or certification is a plus (training available).
Work Environment:
The Warehouse Associate will work in a warehouse environment with exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures. This position requires regular physical activity throughout the shift.
