What will you do as an HVAC Duct Foreman?
- Operate as the lead communicator between the office and field staff
- Keep the project within budget by managing labor force in the field
- Work through conflicts onsite with General Contractor and create solutions
- Maintain change order logs and report back to office with any changes
- Read through blueprints to layout duct design
- Connect duct systems from start to finish
- Insulate ductwork
- Duct seal duct joints
- Cut in branch taps in proper locations
- Install branch lines down to the grill
- Install Grills
- Install exhaust fans and venting
- Install dryer vents
Requirements:
- 3+ Years of duct installation experience required
- Ability to communicate in Spanish and English preferred
- Ability to work on ladders and lifts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
