Key Responsibilities
- Receive and track incoming shipments with accuracy
- Maintain warehouse stock, organization, and cleanliness
- Record and track company tools and equipment
- Foster strong vendor relationships
- Manage 1-3 warehouse employees and drivers
- Coordinate delivery drivers and job site deliveries
- Communicate fleet vehicle needs and job material requirements with office and project managers
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Forklift certification preferred but not required
- High school degree or equivalent
Work Schedule & Benefits
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts with possible overtime
- Annual salary between $45,000 and $55,000
- Company-provided cell phone and tablet
- Safety bonuses, bonus pay, and other incentives
- Paid vacation: 1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after year 3, plus 40 hours PTO annually
- Company-provided shirts; must wear appropriate pants and closed-toe shoes/boots
- Training provided as needed
