Key Responsibilities
- Lead Front of House or Back of House shifts with clear expectations and active presence
- Prepare for shifts by reviewing staffing and operational priorities
- Coach and support Team Members with respectful, real-time feedback
- Maintain high standards for food quality, safety, cleanliness, and guest service
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Promote a positive, accountable, and respectful team culture
Front of House Focus
- Support drive-thru, front counter, dining, and carry-out operations
- Ensure order accuracy and speed of service
- Coach Team Members on warm, attentive guest interactions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
- Identify and resolve service bottlenecks efficiently
Back of House Focus
- Lead kitchen production and flow during all meal periods
- Support breading, fryers, assembly, prep, and sanitation tasks
- Maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
- Coach Team Members on kitchen safety and equipment use
- Create a safe, organized kitchen environment
Qualifications
- Preferred experience in restaurant, food-service, hospitality, or leadership roles
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills
- Positive, humble, dependable leadership style focused on team success
- Ability to coach and hold others accountable respectfully
- Strong attention to detail in food quality, safety, and guest service
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and move for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Training and Development
