What You'll Do
Operational Excellence
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations, including kitchen, front-of-house, and drive-thru processes.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, cleanliness, and presentation
- Regularly review and refine operational procedures to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and ensure consistency
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and develop restaurant leaders, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback to drive individual growth and team success.
- Build a strong sense of unity and teamwork among employees, promoting Chick-fil-A's core values and culture.
Financial Management
- Ensure alignment with financial goals to ensure profitability while maintaining high operational standards.
Customer Experience
- Uphold Chick-fil-A's reputation for exceptional customer service by setting and maintaining service standards.
- Implement strategies to enhance the customer experience, including wait times, order accuracy, and overall satisfaction.
- Address customer feedback and concerns promptly and effectively.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices, proactively seeking opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement.
Communication and Reporting:
- Maintain clear and effective communication channels between leadership and team members.
- Highlight and communicate operational reports, performance metrics, and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
