The Chick-fil-A General Manager is a strategic, results-driven leader with a passion for upholding the highest standards of food quality and customer service. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills and a passion for delivering excellent service.



What You'll Do


Operational Excellence

  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations, including kitchen, front-of-house, and drive-thru processes.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, cleanliness, and presentation
  • Regularly review and refine operational procedures to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and ensure consistency


Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and develop restaurant leaders, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback to drive individual growth and team success.
  • Build a strong sense of unity and teamwork among employees, promoting Chick-fil-A's core values and culture.


Financial Management

  • Ensure alignment with financial goals to ensure profitability while maintaining high operational standards.



Customer Experience

  • Uphold Chick-fil-A's reputation for exceptional customer service by setting and maintaining service standards.
  • Implement strategies to enhance the customer experience, including wait times, order accuracy, and overall satisfaction.
  • Address customer feedback and concerns promptly and effectively.


Innovation and Continuous Improvement

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices, proactively seeking opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement.


Communication and Reporting:

  • Maintain clear and effective communication channels between  leadership and team members.
  • Highlight and communicate operational reports, performance metrics, and recommendations to senior management.


Qualifications

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish highly preferred
  • Prior experience in a leadership role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision making skills
  • Open availability with flexibility to work 10-hour days and overtime as needed
