Chick-fil-A- Closing Team Member Opportunity!
As a Closing Team Member at Chick-fil-A, you will play a key role in ensuring our restaurant maintains a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at the end of each business day. This position includes preparing the restaurant for the next day of business, cleaning kitchen and dining areas, and following closing checklists and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform closing duties according to Chick-fil-A standards and procedures
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, food prep areas, dining room, restrooms, and lobby
- Take out trash and clean disposal areas
- Ensure all food safety protocols and cleanliness standards are met
- Support front-of-house or back-of-house as needed (cashier, kitchen, drive-thru, etc.)
- Work with fellow team members and leadership to close the restaurant efficiently
- Follow all Chick-fil-A policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Must be available to work evening and/or closing shifts (typically until 10:30 PM – 12:00PM)
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to working scheduled shifts
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Team-oriented, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Must be 16 years or older (age requirement may vary by state or position)
Pay: Starting at $15 / hour
