We are looking for Crew Members to join our Dunkin' team! As a Crew Member, you will prepare products to operational and quality standards, serve guests with enthusiasm, and work collaboratively to ensure guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Work well and interact with team members respectfully
- Respond positively to coaching and feedback
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Provide excellent guest service and resolve guest issues
- Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems
- Maintain a clean and neat work environment
- Execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives
- Handle POS transactions and payments accurately
- Prepare and deliver products according to Brand standards
Skills and Qualifications
- Fluent in English
- Basic computer skills
- Capable of counting money and making change
- Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
