We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, has an eye for detail, and takes pride in creating beautiful cakes for birthdays, celebrations, and special occasions.
Responsibilities
- Decorate Baskin-Robbins ice cream cakes according to brand standards and customer requests
- Write personalized messages and create custom cake designs
- Prepare, assemble, and package cakes for display and customer pickup
- Maintain an organized, clean, and sanitary decorating area
- Monitor cake inventory and assist with ordering and stocking supplies
- Ensure all cakes meet quality and presentation standards
- Work with the store team to provide outstanding customer service and complete orders on time
Qualifications
- Previous cake decorating, bakery, or food service experience is preferred (training available for the right candidate)
- Creative, artistic, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends and holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
