Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Signature Hospitality: Practice Chick-fil-A’s Core 4 with every guest—maintain eye contact, share a warm smile, speak enthusiastically, and make a personal connection.
- Guest Service & Order Accuracy: Take orders accurately via front counter or drive-thru points of sale and deliver meals promptly.
- Dining Room Excellence: Keep tables, condiment stations, and common areas spotless, stocked, and inviting.
- Active Teamwork: Support fellow team members during peak lunch and dinner rushes with high energy and quick communication.
- Professional Standards: Consistently follow uniform, grooming, and food safety standards.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school
- Cheerful, coachable spirit and a genuine desire to serve others.
- Reliable transportation and dependable punctuality.
- Ability to multitask and stay positive in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to remain on your feet and move actively throughout a 4- to 6-hour shift.
- No prior work experience required—we hire for character and train for skill.
