Robeks is hiring an experienced Shift Leader who can quickly step into running shifts, supporting the team, and delivering a strong guest experience. This role is ideal for someone who already has leadership experience and wants to grow into Assistant Manager and beyond.
You’ll work directly with an experienced multi-unit owner who promotes from within, giving motivated team members a clear path to advancement.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead shifts and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Support and motivate team members during busy periods
- Delegate tasks and maintain accountability across the shift
- Step in as leader-on-duty when management is not on-site
- Help maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, and product quality
- Address issues quickly and keep the team focused
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous leadership experience (shift lead, key holder, or similar role)
- Ability to confidently run a shift within a few weeks of training
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Comfortable giving feedback and coaching team members
- Reliable, organized, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
