We’re hiring daytime team members at a busy Robeks location in Westlake.
This role is ideal if you’re looking for a consistent daytime schedule that fits around school hours or other responsibilities.
We are not hiring for summer-only positions.
This position is only available to those with daytime availability throughout the whole year.
Pay
$16.50–17.50/hr average (base + tips, based on the past 6 months of team data)
Base pay starts at $14/hr + tips
Tips typically average $2.50–$3.50/hr depending on shift
Shift & Schedule
- Day shifts only
- All hours between 6:30am–4:00pm
- No nights, ever
- Flexible scheduling within that window (you set your availability)
- 3–5 weekday shifts

What you’ll do
- Make smoothies, fresh juices, and açaí bowls
- Take customer orders and handle transactions
- Prep ingredients and restock
- Keep the store clean and organized
