Position Summary
The primary responsibility for all positions with Gordon’s Ace Hardware is to WOW Every Customer, Every Time while upholding our Core Values.
The Sales Associate delivers helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly service on the sales floor and maintains department readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively greet and engage customers.
- Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs.
- Maintain clean, stocked, and organized departments.
- Support freight, recovery, and special orders as assigned.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Customer service or retail experience a plus.
Behavioral Expectations

Technology & Systems
- Ability to learn and use store systems for lookups and orders.
Schedule & Availability
