Central Coast Jiffy Lube is looking for a General Managers in our Arroyo Grande service center.
Our General Managers (GM) gain the experience of running a successful business unit in a structured, yet autonomous environment. Each Service Center Manager has the responsibility for the profitable operation of a Jiffy Lube Franchise location. Your Central Coast Jiffy Lubes have been locally owned and operated since 1987. It is our goal to provide a high quality service that exceeds each of our customer's expectations. From basic oil changes, filters, flushes and even brakes and tires we'll keep you going and leave worry behind. Need s SMOG? We can even help you with that too. Preventative maintenance is the #1 reason for longevity in your vehicles life and that's our business.
General Manager Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include; hiring, training, and leading a crew of 10-20 automotive and customer service oriented individuals. Managers must be available to work; Monday and Tuesday 7:30 6:00, Wednesday 11:00- 6:00, Friday 8:00-6:00 and Saturday 8:00 - 2:00. Managers attend a bi-monthly management meeting at our corporate office.
General Manager Requirements:
Successful candidates will have some retail or other business management experience. Interest in or experience with cars is a plus but not a requirement. Mechanical experience is not necessary but encouraged especially in the GM role. We are looking for bright, enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team. General Manager Specific Duties:
- Being trained and knowledgeable for all employment positions within the service center and to work any position when necessary.
- Delegate operational duties including; training, inventory, safety procedures, cleanliness standards and equipment maintenance.
- Customer relations including interacting with customers and handling customer complaints and concerns.
