Operational Supervisors passionately oversee team members and help serve our amazing guests. They will lead the team through executing efficient shifts in order to hit specific restaurant goals and carry out the vision of WCSP. They will also ensure all food safety procedures are followed by maintaining a clean environment and communicating effectively with Hospitality Professionals and other leaders to serve safe, quality food to our guests. Lastly, they will uphold Chick-fil-A standards by keeping Team Members accountable and being a model representative of the brand to others.

Responsibilities:
- Protect our purpose and core values by being a champion of culture and growth within the restaurant. Modeling servant leadership is essential for the growth of our team and business

Requirements:
- 18 years or older
- Worked at Chick-fil-A WCSP for at least 6 months
- In good standing with points (as determined by the leadership team)
- Be able to meet supervisor availability requirements (must be able to lead a minimum of two full shifts Monday-Friday, with one of them being a closing shift, and have open availability Saturday)
Availability:
- Must be able to lead a minimum of two full shifts Monday-Friday, with one of them being a closing shift, and have open availability Saturday
- Typical schedule will vary working 8-10 hours/day to accommodate the needs of the business
- Schedule can be flexible as needed
Operational Commitment:
Our Operational Supervisors will be expected to uphold the highest standards as a leader in the restaurant. They will also be immersed into the operations of our business and work closely with other Supervisors and Directors to serve and support Team Members as much as possible. Some other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Engage with our guests (Front of House only) by anticipating and responding to their needs through clear and pleasant communication, leading with a hospitality focus.
- Maintain a calm demeanor, especially during periods of high volume, to preserve a positive work environment and a hospitable experience for our guests.
- Become knowledgeable of all of Chick-fil-A’s menu items & the related recipes.
- Execute hospitality by cooking, preparing, and presenting orders (if applicable) to meet Chick-fil-A’s quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness in all food preparation & service areas. Perform various kitchen and/or front counter cleaning activities such as dish washing, general & equipment upkeep, and safe rotation & storage of food.
