Our Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Leader’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow. This position would start as a Team Member so that you can learn the basics of the job and understand the flow of the positions you will be tasked with leading. Training for this can be multiple months long, depending on how adaptable you are and motivated to get through the training and build influence with the team.

Leadership Responsibilities:
- Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in fast paced Restaurant
- Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
- Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
- Be a friendly and encouraging team player
- Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
- Count cashier tills and finalize day
- Excellent in communication, both spoken and written
