Our kitchen team members work together to produce a craveable product. They take pride in ensuring high standards, ensuring that food safety and food quality are their top priorities. At Chick-fil-A Northlake Parkway, we believe in creating a fun, encouraging, and high-performing atmosphere.
Full-time team members generally work five days per week. Some team members prefer a specific day part as their normal shift, while others have a schedule that requires them to work days, afternoons, and night shifts to get all of their hours. We are flexible with each individual’s scheduling needs. Some of our most common shifts are 6AM-2PM, 8AM-4PM, 11AM-8PM, and 2PM-10PM.
