Team leaders are trained to assist managers. When scheduled, they will maintain excellence in either the drive-thru, inside guest area, or the kitchen. They are focused on ensuring our team is focused in the areas of cleanliness, hospitality, accuracy, and speed. Team Leaders provide guidance and encouragement for team members as they work alongside them.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain a minimum availability of 3 shifts per week and maintain flexible availability depending on the needs of the business – includes Fridays and Saturdays.
- Depending on availability, generally work shifts that vary to be present during our peak times, including opening and closing shifts.
- Provide hands-on leadership in restaurant operations.
- Ensure team members are upholding Chick-fil-A operational requirements for their area during all staffed hours.
- Assist the manager in the scheduled area by supporting all restaurant systems.
- Consistently assess, develop, and hold team members accountable for the area in which they work.
