Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a minimum availability of 3 shifts per week and maintain flexible availability depending on the needs of the business – includes Fridays and Saturdays.
  • Depending on availability, generally work shifts that vary to be present during our peak times, including opening and closing shifts.
  • Provide hands-on leadership in restaurant operations.
  • Ensure team members are upholding Chick-fil-A operational requirements for their area during all staffed hours.
  • Assist the manager in the scheduled area by supporting all restaurant systems.
  • Consistently assess, develop, and hold team members accountable for the area in which they work.
