What you will be doing:
- If a Wendy’s restaurant was a person, it’d be you: fun, fast, friendly, and never out of bacon.
- Handle customer situations, good or bad, like a boss.
- Train and guide new team members.
- Maintain food safety standards and procedures.
What we need from you:
- Minimum of one year of restaurant work experience.
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving, customer service, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to give and take direction effectively.
- Flexible work availability.
Requirements:
- Ability to adhere to Wendy's Food Safety, Cleaning, Guest Satisfaction, and Friendliness Standards.
- Ability to stand and move for most of the shift, lift up 50 lbs., and handle various weather conditions.
- Comfortable using restaurant equipment and following brand standards.
