Experienced Server/Manager – Drum & Quill Public House

We’re seeking an experienced Server who will also assist in Managing Server Staff to lead our front-of-house service team with energy, professionalism, and pride. The ideal candidate has strong leadership and hospitality skills, ensures exceptional guest experiences, and supports a positive, accountable team culture. This position is compensated as a manager and also receives tips, offering both leadership responsibility and earning potential within one of Moore County’s most popular gathering spots.
