Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and supervise seasonal staff in coordination with the Clubhouse Lead.
- Ensure compliance with city policies and safety standards.
- Oversee daily operations of the clubhouse, concessions, and beverage service.
- Collaborate with the Clubhouse Lead for staffing coverage and operational support.
- Assist with inventory management and maintain stock levels.
- Support events, tournaments, and special activities throughout the complex.
- Provide excellent customer service and address patron inquiries effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across all facilities.
- Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- One year of experience in food and beverage or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
