As a PM Back of House Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in our restaurant, ensuring our kitchen operates smoothly while developing your skills in leadership and teamwork. Please note that this is a PM (night shift) position. You will be required to work a minimum of (5) night shifts per week. Prior Chick-fil-A Leadership experience is not required to be considered for this role, but is a plus.
Position Type:
- Full-time (40+ hrs a week)
- PM Hours (2pm-11pm for most shifts)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage kitchen operations during evening shifts.
- Ensure food quality and safety standards are met.
- Train and develop team members to achieve their best.
- Foster a positive and enthusiastic work environment.
- Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant.
- Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs.
- Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team.
- Be a friendly, encouraging team player.
- Close, lead shifts, key holder.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Collaborate with other leaders to create policies and procedures that align with our brand and promote success in our business.
Availability Requirements:
- You must be fully available to be considered for this position.
- You will be guaranteed Sundays off each week.
- You will be required to work 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts as needed.
- Weekend availability required. You MUST be available to work FRIDAY AND SATURDAY!
- On-call shifts and holiday work will be required.
- Overtime opportunities available.
- THIS IS A PM POSITION! You will be required to work a minimum of 5 night shifts per week. Night shifts are usually 2pm-11pm or 2pm-10pm. You may occasionally be scheduled 12pm-10pm or 11pm if needed.
