As a PM Front of House Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in our restaurant, ensuring our Front of House operates smoothly while developing your skills in leadership and teamwork. Please note that this is a PM (night shift) position. You will be required to work a minimum of (5) night shifts per week. Prior Chick-fil-A Leadership experience is not required, but is a plus.


Position Type:

  • Full-time (40+ hrs a week)
  • PM Hours (2pm-11pm for most shifts)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Front of House operations during evening shifts.
  • Ensure food quality and safety standards are met.
  • Train and develop team members to achieve their best.
  • Foster a positive and enthusiastic work environment.
  • Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant.
  • Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs.
  • Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team.
  • Be a friendly, encouraging team player.
  • Close, lead shifts, key holder.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Collaborate with other leaders to create policies and procedures that align with our brand and promote success in our business.


Availability Requirements:

  • You must be fully available to be considered for this position.
  • You will be guaranteed Sundays off each week.
  • You will be required to work 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts as needed.
  • Weekend availability required. You MUST be available to work FRIDAY AND SATURDAY!
  • On-call shifts and holiday work will be required.
  • Overtime opportunities available.
  • THIS IS A PM POSITION! You will be required to work a minimum of 5 night shifts per week. Night shifts are usually 2pm-11pm or 2pm-10pm. You may occasionally be scheduled 12pm-10pm or 11pm if needed.
