We are seeking a motivated shift leader to oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, supervise employees, and ensure outstanding service for our customers. The responsibilities of the shift leader include creating the shift schedule, managing no-shows, delegating tasks, handling cash management, and reporting any issues to the manager.
To be successful in this role, you should be able to manage a team effectively and ensure that all tasks are completed accurately. Ultimately, an exceptional shift leader will ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities

- Active Manager ServSafe or Equivalent
- Be able to work weekends and have a preferred open availability
Responsibilities:
- Supervise employees, assign duties, and create shift schedules
- Monitor team performance to ensure tasks are performed efficiently
- Report any issues that arise during the shift to management
- Manage employee requests and address any transgressions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety standards
- Coach team members and train new staff
- Open and close registers, account for daily intake, and prepare cash deposits
- Handle customer issues and resolve employee disputes
