Chick-fil-A Park Boulevard & Plano Parkway is hiring Back of House Team Members (Kitchen) in Plano, TX to help prepare the food and service our guests count on. What You’ll Do

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food according to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and quality-control procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace procedures.
• Learn current menu items and new products.
• Properly clean, store, and care for kitchen equipment and supplies.
• Communicate clearly and work closely with other Team Members.
• Complete assigned tasks while contributing to a positive team environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• A dependable, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
• Strong attention to detail.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not required.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a Food Handler Certification.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Availability to work Fridays and Saturdays a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of application.
• Bilingual English and Spanish skills are a plus.
