Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and greeting customers in a friendly and positive attitude
- Taking customer orders accurately and quickly
- Delivering orders to tables or cars efficiently
- Maintaining a clean and pleasant store environment
- Adhering to safety policies and health regulations
- Being team-oriented, adaptable, supportive, and dependable
- Communicating effectively with guests and Team Members
- Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the dining room
- Assisting guests with any additional needs
- Cross-train in select kitchen duties to support teamwork and smooth operations.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, motivated, proactive and able to multi-task
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work well independently and in a team environment
- Must be 16 years or older at time of application
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English
