What You’ll Do as a Restaurant Team Member

Greet guests with genuine warmth and hospitality
Take and fulfill orders quickly and accurately (inside and drive-thru)
Keep dining and service areas clean and guest-ready
Work with a crew of people who care about doing things right
Represent Chick-fil-A’s high standards in service, speed, and quality

We’re Looking For…

Friendly, energetic, and dependable individuals
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Great communication skills
Experience as a crew member or in customer service/restaurant roles a plus (but not required — we train!)

Requirements

Must be 16 or older
Ability to stand/walk for shifts of 4–8 hours
Reliable transportation to and from work
