What You’ll Do as a Restaurant Team Member
- Greet guests with genuine warmth and hospitality
- Serve our great tasting breakfast and lunch to valued members of our community
- Take and fulfill orders quickly and accurately (inside and drive-thru)
- Keep dining and service areas refreshingly clean and guest-ready
- Work with a crew of people who care about doing things right
- Represent Chick-fil-A’s high standards in service, speed, and quality
We’re Looking For…
- Morning People - people who love getting an early start to their day.
- Friendly, energetic, and dependable individuals
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Great communication skills
- Experience as a crew member or in customer service/restaurant roles a plus (but not required — we train!)
Requirements
- Must be 16 or older
- Ability to stand/walk for shifts of 4–8 hours
- Reliable transportation to and from work
