What You’ll Do:

  • Talent Champion: Manage the recruitment process, from sourcing top talent to hiring, onboarding, and training the Chick-fil-A way.
  • Culture Builder: Nurture a positive and inclusive work environment, championing our culture of care and servant leadership.
  • Employee Relations Guru: Be the go-to person for employee concerns, ensuring everyone feels heard, supported, and valued.
  • Performance Coach: Lead the performance management process, ensuring every team member has the tools and feedback needed to grow.
  • Compliance Whiz: Keep us on track with labor laws, safety regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Benefits Guide: Help our team members navigate their benefits and perks, making sure they get the most out of what we offer.
  • Growth Architect: Develop training programs that set our team members up for long-term success both in the restaurant and beyond.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (or related field). Chick-fil-A experience? Bonus points!
  • At least 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, policies, and best practices.
  • A natural ability to lead, inspire, and connect with people.
  • Top-notch communication and conflict resolution skills—you’re a great listener who knows how to find solutions.
  • High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • A passion for developing others, with a genuine care for the team’s growth and well-being.
