What You’ll Do
As a Back of House Team Member, you will:
- Prepare and cook Chick-fil-A’s signature menu items
- Hand-bread chicken throughout the day
- Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness
- Assemble guest orders with speed and accuracy
- Keep the kitchen stocked, organized, and running efficiently
- Work closely with a team to deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Help create a positive and encouraging work environment
