Position Overview
As a Kitchen Team Member, you will prepare and assemble food safely, accurately, and efficiently in a high-volume quick-service environment. You will work closely with fellow team members to maintain food quality, speed of service, and operational excellence.
No experience required — we provide structured, paid training.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare chicken, sandwiches, and other menu items to Chick-fil-A standards
- Follow strict food safety and sanitation procedures
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all prep and cooking areas
- Manage ticket flow during high-volume meal periods
- Restock and rotate inventory properly
- Communicate clearly with front-of-house team members
Schedule & Availability
- Full-Time (30–40 hours/week)
- Part-Time (15–29 hours/week)
- Morning prep shifts available (as early as 5:30 AM)
- Afternoon and closing shifts available
- Friday and Saturday availability preferred
- Closed every Sunday

Compensation & Benefits

- $15.00 – $19.00 per hour based on availability, role, and experience
