We are closed on Sundays, so every team member has a guaranteed day off each week.


Position Overview

As a Kitchen Team Member, you will prepare and assemble food safely, accurately, and efficiently in a high-volume quick-service environment. You will work closely with fellow team members to maintain food quality, speed of service, and operational excellence.

No experience required — we provide structured, paid training.


What You’ll Do

  • Prepare chicken, sandwiches, and other menu items to Chick-fil-A standards
  • Follow strict food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all prep and cooking areas
  • Manage ticket flow during high-volume meal periods
  • Restock and rotate inventory properly
  • Communicate clearly with front-of-house team members

Schedule & Availability

  • Full-Time (30–40 hours/week)
  • Part-Time (15–29 hours/week)
  • Morning prep shifts available (as early as 5:30 AM)
  • Afternoon and closing shifts available
  • Friday and Saturday availability preferred
  • Closed every Sunday

Consistent availability and reliability are highly valued.


Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Pay

  • $15.00 – $19.00 per hour based on availability, role, and experience
