Chick-fil-A West Sanford is hiring Restaurant Team Members and Crew Members for our brand-new restaurant. If you live in Sanford, Heathrow, Lake Mary, Sorrento, Deltona, or DeBary, this is a great opportunity to work close to home and be part of a brand-new restaurant team.
Restaurant Team Members help create a welcoming experience for guests by serving food quickly and providing great hospitality. Positions are available in front counter, drive-thru, dining room, and kitchen. Whether you are looking for your first restaurant job or have experience working as a crew member, cashier, server, or kitchen team member, we would love to meet you.
Restaurant Team Member Responsibilities
Restaurant Team Members and Crew Members may work in several areas of the restaurant:
• Greeting guests and providing excellent hospitality
• Taking guest orders at the front counter or drive-thru
• Preparing food according to Chick-fil-A standards
• Working as a kitchen team member preparing meals
• Maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment
• Working with other crew members to serve guests quickly and accurately
What We Are Looking For
• Friendly and positive attitude
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work well with a team
• Desire to serve guests well
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Reliable transportation
• Must be 16 years or older
Restaurant experience is helpful but not required. Many of our best team members started with no prior restaurant experience.
