Sales and Brand Growth Supervisor Role Description

The Sales and Brand Growth Supervisor exists to support restaurant operations and grow occasions to care.


Responsibilities 

  • Prioritize time in order to Win Hearts Every Day through the following ways: Operational Excellence, Craveable Food, Fast and Accurate Service, Welcoming Environment, 2nd Mile Service and Attentive and Courteous Team Members
  • Run Shifts 3-4 days a week at Restaurant location
  • All Team Member job description duties also required
  • Ability to Open Restaurant one day a week and Close Restaurant one day a week
  • Complete all Pathway training for Front of House, Back of House, Hospitality, and Marketing 
  • Support Sampling schedule and ensure accountability of submissions
  • Track, report, and communicate to team members on sales products and incentives program to create health competition among the team and build a sales culture
  • Decorate the restaurant throughout the year, maintain the bulletin boards, and update POP
  • Run at least one Occasion to Care each quarter (Daddy Daughter Date Night, Military Appreciation, Bingo, etc.)
  • Respond to fundraisers, donation requests, etc.
  • Must submit all items via Jolt in a timely manner of 24hrs

In-Restaurant Responsibilities

  • Coach Leaders: certified trainers, team captains, coordinators, and fellow supervisors, and/or other restaurant leadership
  • Prepare weekly 1:1 Meetings with Executive Director of Sales and Brand Growth - submit agenda 24-hrs prior 
  • If there is no meeting planned during peak breakfast/lunch/dinner hours then support the leadership team for Restaurant Operations.
  • Check GroupMe hourly when on the clock and respond accordingly
  • Check and respond to Central Avenue and OneClick daily
  • Any other duties as given, projects, tasks, from the Executive Team

In–Community Responsibilities 

  • Brand Ambassador Events
  • Support or work assigned Sales & Brand Growth Events
  • Support Catering Coordinators in building catering business channel
  • Support Delivery team for all Third Party and Chick-fil-A Delivery initiatives
  • Support Additional Distribution Point (ADP’s) initiatives

Leadership and Development Breakdown

Learning and Development time is defined as Administrative time, Projects, and Meetings. Learning and Development time has to be approved by the Senior Director.

  • Administrative time: No administrative time is assigned unless the supervisor is assigned time for a project and pre-approved by the director.

Definitions

Administrative: Creating and editing the schedule, Changing POP, checking and responding to emails, making phone calls, checking and updating inventory, creating customer moments


Projects: Events, Catering


Meetings: Developmental, 1:1’s, and Departmental
