Job Title: Cleaning Manager (2nd Shift)

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 2nd Shift (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM)

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Cleaning Manager to oversee our cleaning operations during the 2nd shift, Sunday through Thursday. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of cleaning staff, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the cleaning team during the 2nd shift.
• Train and mentor staff to ensure adherence to company standards.
• Inspect work areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with safety regulations.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Address client or staff concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain schedules and ensure adequate staffing for all shifts.
• Report maintenance or repair needs to appropriate personnel.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial services, or facility management.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Availability to work Sunday - Thursday, 2nd shift hours.
