Assistant Store Manager / Store Manager

Compensation/Benefits:
- $16.00/hr to start
- $18/hr after 3 months, provided you hit all targets
- Bi-Weekly performance-based bonuses with $200+ target payout

Positions available for 5 days and 40 hours per week (including at least 1 evening shift and 1 weekend day).
A Day in the Life:
- Provide outstanding experience to every guest (by phone, text, and in person)
- Welcome guests to EWC, share savings plan details, and provide product information.
- Sell Wax Passes (our savings programs) and receive unlimited bonus based upon sales performance.
- Perform pre-shift huddles and post-shift reviews with team. Hold team accountable for personal performance metrics
- Close sales on products to help guests receive their best waxing experience.
- Work with a great team of associates and leaders to accelerate the success of the store.
- As you become the sales leader for the store, start taking on additional responsibilities including:
- - Training and mentoring new associates
- - Holding the entire team accountable to personal performance metrics
- - Pulling and reporting key Store and Associate Metrics
- - Nurturing and leading the positive culture
- - Performing Inventory counts and restocking
- - Making customer follow-up calls to check on guest experience, collect failed EFT payments, invite lapsed guests to return, etc
- - Performing candidate phone screening and participating in candidate interviews
- - Assisting in setting/exceeding personal and store goals
- - Performing additional tasks as requested to support the Store Manager and demonstrate the capability of taking on the role of Store Manager.
