Window Cleaner — Boca Raton, FL — Once a Month
Location: Town Center at Boca Raton area, Glades Rd, Boca Raton, FL
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring one window cleaner for a retail store for a national home goods retailer (store name shared after onboarding). This is steady, recurring work — one Monday a month, same store, ongoing.
SCHEDULE & PAY
- Once a month on a Monday, 9:00 AM start — that's when the store manager arrives to let you in. If you bring your own water, you can start the exterior a little earlier.
- Set dates for the rest of the year: Monday Oct 26, Monday Nov 23, Monday Dec 28 — then monthly after that. Dates are firm.
- $60 flat per visit
- Average time on site: 45 min–1 hour (could be a little less or more depending on experience and getting a system down after the first couple visits)
- Effective hourly: ~$60–$80/hr
- You're also the backup for the weekly store clean — if our store cleaner can't make a visit, you get the call and cover it at that visit's pay. Extra paid visits.
- Twice a year both cleaners team up for a paid deep clean — paid separately.
- Pay via Cash App 24–48 hours after the job is completed, checked out, and confirmed to manager satisfaction. Check-in, before/after photos, and check-out are done through links we provide.
- Parking: reimbursed only with a receipt showing date, time in, time out, place, and total price.
RELIABILITY — READ THIS
Services happen on the agreed scheduled day, every time. Any schedule change needs 48 hours' notice. No-shows are the one thing that ends this relationship. Communication is everything.
THE WORK
Interior and exterior storefront glass — about 4 large floor-to-ceiling display panels plus glass double entry doors. Entry doors in and out, squeegee and detail all edges and corners, sills and ledges wiped dry. All first level, tops reachable with a pole — no climbing. Detailed checklist provided after onboarding.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 21 or older
- Real experience using a window scrubber and squeegee
- Reliable personal transportation (rideshare/transit does not qualify)
- Smartphone with camera for check-in, photos, and check-out
- Comfortable completing a standard onboarding screening
SUPPLIES
North Co provides everything — OR bring your own for a +$5 per-visit bonus. Window kit: scrubber/applicator, squeegee, extension pole, glass cleaning solution, microfiber or scrim cloths, scraper or razor, bucket. Tell us what you have — all, some, or none is fine.
