What You’ll Do

As a Culver’s Brand Ambassador, your role is to create meaningful guest experiences while sharing the Culver’s story and menu with our community.

You won’t just take orders—you’ll help guests discover their new favorite meal.

Front of House

• Welcome every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm
• Help guests explore our menu and make great choices
• Share recommendations and explain Culver’s favorites like ButterBurgers® and Fresh Frozen Custard
• Take accurate orders quickly and efficiently
• Deliver meals to tables and check in with guests
• Maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment
• Resolve guest concerns with care and professionalism
• Creating memorable experiences that keeps guests coming back 

Back of House

• Prepare high-quality food with speed and accuracy
• Support the front-of-house team by executing orders correctly and on time
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen
• Follow all food safety and quality standards
• Work with urgency while maintaining Culver’s quality expectations
• Taking pride in the food you send out
