What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
As a Barback, you’ll restock and organize bar supplies, including liquor, beer, wine, glassware, and garnishes, to ensure smooth operations. You’ll maintain cleanliness and order in the bar area, assist with keg changes, and manage trash and recycling duties. You’ll support bartenders with prep tasks such as cutting fruit and refilling mixers, ensuring all barware is washed, sanitized, and ready for use. Above all, you’ll help deliver an exceptional guest experience by supporting seamless service and maintaining high standards of safety, sanitation, and teamwork.
What You’ll Bring (Requirements):
- No prior experience required – on-the-job training provided
- Must meet minimum age requirement (18) per local laws. High School Diploma or GED required. An associate’s or a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Preferred (Not Required): Previous hospitality or customer service experience, and must be willing to have food handlers & Alcohol certification within 14 days of hire
- Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
