What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for completing all assigned prep work, setting up the cook’s station, maintaining product presentations, product quality, and cook time standards, and preparing all menu items according to the restaurant’s recipes, plate presentations, and specifications. Duties of this position will include setting up equipment, verifying stock, cleaning cooking equipment, and preparing food items to specification while maintaining a clean work area. As a member of the Kitchen Team, you will cross-train and learn other stations and positions in the Kitchen.
What You’ll Bring (Requirements):
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience in the Casual Restaurant industry is required.
- A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Proficiency in POS systems.
- Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
