What You’ll Bring (Requirements):
- Previous leadership experience
- Ability to work at a fast pace and high-volume workload
- Deliver crave-able food through recipe adherence and food quality standards
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures
- The ability to empower and mentor the Tribe
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Must learn to cross-train in all positions
- Must get a manager's food handlers certification upon hire
- Able to withstand comfortably the physical demands of a retail environment.
