What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
The Freebirds General Manager is responsible for the overall operations of one assigned Freebirds location at a time and reports to the Regional Manager. Performance is measured against Company values and meeting various financial KPIs, in addition to upholding ethical standards expected for any similar position.
What You’ll Bring (Requirements):
- Scheduling flexibility to cover the dynamic needs of the business (mornings, nights, weekends)
- Decision-making, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to create and present ideas, reports, and budgets in various formats
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to assign and delegate tasks
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Must have a food safety manager certification upon hire
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Able to withstand comfortably the physical demands of a retail environment.
