What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
The General Manager is the strategic leader of the restaurant, responsible for the direction and control of restaurant operations to ensure a positive guest experience and company profitability. This individual will direct the operation of the restaurant, attain sales and profit objectives, and maintain the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation by directing and supervising managers and team members. This individual isn’t just running a restaurant—they’re creating memorable experiences, building teams, and shaping the future of modern Mexican dining.
What You’ll Bring (Requirements):
- A minimum of 2 years’ current experience in the Casual Restaurant industry is required.
- High School Diploma or GED required. An associate’s or a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
