What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
As a Retail Sales Associate, you are responsible for assisting customers throughout the buying process. Their duties include greeting customers when they enter the store, helping customers find specific products or showing them how to use them, and ringing up customer purchases on the POS register.
What You’ll Bring (Requirements):
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in the Retail industry, required.
- High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
- Customer service excellence
- Proficiency in POS systems.
- Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
- Able to withstand the physical demands of a retail environment holds.
