Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Data Architect/System Integrator to lead digital transformation and innovation initiatives across Sun Holdings. This role is highly hands-on, requiring expertise in systems integration, data engineering, and cloud-based solutions to enhance our existing data platforms and processes. The Data Architect/System Integrator will play a key role in building scalable data pipelines, managing enterprise integration projects, and ensuring secure and compliant data management.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
As a Data Architect/System Integrator, you will design and oversee enterprise-level system integrations that enhance business intelligence and operational efficiency. You’ll develop and manage ETL processes, APIs, and SFTP integrations while leveraging tools such as Azure Data Factory, Databricks, SQL Server, and Power BI. This role requires building and maintaining robust data pipelines, supporting reporting and analytics functions, and driving the adoption of modern cloud solutions. In addition to technical execution, you will set the long-term vision for systems integration, manage change initiatives, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation across teams. You’ll also play a critical role in ensuring data security, compliance with regulations, and alignment with industry best practices.
What You’ll Bring (Requirements):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in systems integration.
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, SSMS, and Excel.
- Proven track record working with cloud technologies for ETL data management, such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, AWS EC2, or similar platforms.
- Experience with backend infrastructure, data pipelines, and enterprise system engineering.
- Expertise in leading enterprise-level systems integration projects, driving change and innovation.
- Proven ability to develop actionable visualizations using Microsoft Power BI or similar tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and deliver effective, data-driven solutions.
