Marketing Coordinator, Creative Design

As the Marketing Coordinator, Creative Design, you will support the development and execution of creative assets that elevate brand visibility, strengthen guest engagement, and ensure consistency across all marketing channels. You will partner with Marketing, Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to bring campaigns to life through high-quality design, accurate production, and flawless deployment. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

As the Marketing Coordinator, Creative Design, you will support the creation, formatting, and distribution of marketing assets across digital, print, in-store, and social channels. You will develop visually aligned materials such as menus, promotional signage, social content, presentations, and brand templates while ensuring all creative meets brand standards and timelines. Collaborating closely with the Marketing team, Operations, agency partners, and vendors, you will coordinate asset requests, manage project tracking, and support campaign rollouts across multiple restaurant brands. You will assist with market research, creative proofing, and versioning, ensuring accuracy for regional and location-specific needs. Additionally, you will help maintain creative libraries, streamline processes, and support a consistent look-and-feel across all consumer-facing materials.


What You’ll Bring (Requirements):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, marketing, or creative production (restaurant/retail preferred).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with Canva or similar tools a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, layout accuracy, and brand consistency.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with both creative and non-creative teams.
  • Understanding of digital formats, print production, and file preparation.
  • A proactive mindset with a commitment to quality, speed, and execution.
